La casa è accogliente e pulita. Dalla sua posizione si possono facilmente raggiungere a piedi o con i mezzi pubblici le vie del centro città. Si trova in una zona tranquilla ma al tempo stesso vitale anche la sera, per trascorrere ore felici a cena e dopo cena anche con i bambini
Avrei voluto dei cestini in casa per la raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti o comunque indicazioni anche in inglese sui cassonetti condominiali e la presenza di cassonetti per la plastica e l'umido e non solo per la carta, il secco e il vetro.

Die Lage . Das Bad war neu, sauber und geräumig.
Der Lärm im Hof direkt vor unseren Fenstern durch Bewohner, die hier ausgiebig und laut telefonierten und redeten und rauchten, hat uns sehr gestört. Der Fußboden war bei Ankunft nicht sauber, ich habe als erstes gewischt. Nur 2 Stühle für 3 Personen und ein sehr winziger Tisch ist nicht komfortabel, fast wie Camping.
