Holiday at Alexanderplatz Apartments

Very convenient location! Good option with separate beds for 4 friends.

The only downside, which is quite important for me, the Floor was dirty with liquid stains and footprints, lot's of dust. It seemed like it hadn't been washed for a while, we couldn't be there barefoot. Everything else was pretty clean, though. The external noise from the tram was loud. If you're looking for a quiet space or require silence at night, you'll struggle.

The location to everything and supermarket near buy which had a great selection of fresh fruit and vegetables and meats.

There was nothing to dislike.

We liked the location and the facilities in the room. The staff was very good in getting back to us with another fan the next day.

Summer the room is not AC. Only the fan was available. Keeping the windows open is not an option as the noise down below where the trams were running. The noise would be too loud if you’re not used to it.

The location was unbeatable, two blocks from Alexander Platz with access to at least five different major transport routes. It was quite spatious with plenty of storage. Lift access and very secure building.

It was difficult with a young family. No couch in the living space and the bed was directly under the TV, so no ability for kids to have down time in between sight seeing. The beds also were singles - completely separate and with gaps between them so dangerous and uncomfortable if sharing a bed with a kid. Also quite uncomfortable pillows and different height Mattresses, with bed frames starting to break down. The tram line outside the window creates a lot of noise. Thankfully it was winter so the windows were closed but the noise would be impossible in summer. Exhaust fans in both the kitchen and bathroom never turned off (though they did drown out the tram noise).
