Holiday at Alexanderplatz Apartments

We liked the location because it’s easy to get anywhere, and the apartment was comfortable and clean.

We came during a heatwave so we were missing AC and at night sleeping with open windows is not a good option since there is lots of noise from the tram.

Great location, clean, well equiped

There was a problem with the shower and we were not able to take a shower for 2 nights.

Appartement is really spacious and comfortable for 6 people for sure. Locations is also perfect!

Need update on TV :)

The location was unbeatable, two blocks from Alexander Platz with access to at least five different major transport routes. It was quite spatious with plenty of storage. Lift access and very secure building.

It was difficult with a young family. No couch in the living space and the bed was directly under the TV, so no ability for kids to have down time in between sight seeing. The beds also were singles - completely separate and with gaps between them so dangerous and uncomfortable if sharing a bed with a kid. Also quite uncomfortable pillows and different height Mattresses, with bed frames starting to break down. The tram line outside the window creates a lot of noise. Thankfully it was winter so the windows were closed but the noise would be impossible in summer. Exhaust fans in both the kitchen and bathroom never turned off (though they did drown out the tram noise).
