The apartment is nice and well equipped in a very good area, close to transport choices.
Quite ok for 3,4 people.
If you leave the keys inside by accident, you will be charged for the spare one, without being informed before.
The stuff was not the friendliest with us, but this is only my personal experience, it may be much better for others.

Great neighborhood, thoughtful kid-friendly touches (good baby bed, child toiletries).
And the blooming tree in the courtyard smelled wonderful!
We were not expecting a fourth floor walk-up. The very discreet mention that upper floors are not accessible by elevator does not adequately prepare one for the hassle of having to haul 2 tired children, 3 bags, and a stroller up 4 flights of stairs.
Also, we all painfully stubbed our toes on the uneven floor between the hallway and sleeping area. Would be worth evening with a graded or soft edge.

Apartment was in a nice area, close to shops and restaurants. It was spacious and had a very good range of kitchen equipment. We were in the back building, which was generally quiet. The apartment was spotless. All communication through the booking.com messaging service was responded to timely and effectively. We were also allowed to enter the apartment early.
Being on the fourth floor was quite a trek, I think 84 steps in total. There were landings to have a break if needed.
Our first night, Monday, was very peaceful but this wasn't the same on Tuesday when the bar/club next door was open. We had thumping bass line from the music audible until early hours of the morning. This was reported and they have said they'll be speaking with the neighbour concerned.
