The property is spacious, clean and pretty nice. Bed was comfortable, kitchen had everything you would need for staying there for a few days. The two fans for the heat saved us. There are two 24/7 grocery stores near the building entrance. It's nice!

Excellent location, easy to access. Close to U-Bahn.
Nice coffee and lunch and dinner spots nearby. Short walk to AlexanderPlatz with plenty of places to eat in between.
Beds were very comfortable and rooms were spacious.
Well equipped kitchen, large dining table and sofa for hanging out at the apartment, nespresso machine and pods provided. Spotlessly clean.
The apartment has so much space, is bright and airy. The photos provided on booking do not do it justice.
There are some small shops for the essentials nearby too. Would highly recommend for a group of people travelling or a family needing extra space.
No air-conditioning but this seems to be common in many rental apartments. There was a fan provided though.
The street is noisy (not an issue for me but is worth mentioning for light sleepers) but the windows have good noise reduction and ear plugs are also provided.
No lift to the apartment so if you have mobility issues then maybe not the place to stay.

Very cosy room.
No elevator!!! That’s the biggest bug! You have to carry heavy luggage’s up to 5 floors!
Check in time is 15:00, however at 16:30 the cleaning staff is still cleaning the room so have to wait. After cleaning, the room floor is still dirty with rubbish…
