Ruhiges zentrales Maisonette-Loft in Berlin

Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist richtig schön und es ist alles da, was man für ein paar Tage braucht. Auch die Lage ist perfekt - zum Alexanderplatz kann man entspannt laufen und Straßenbahn ist so gut wie vor der Tür.

Das Wasser in der Dusche kam nur heiß raus, egal worauf man den Regler stellte.

Everything was exactly as described. The key was waiting for us in the lockbox, which made the check-in very easy. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, and the beds were very comfortable. The flat is located in the inner courtyard, which makes it extremely quiet and surrounded by greenery. You are right in the city, but it feels like being in a garden – a perfect combination of urban life and peaceful atmosphere. The internet connection was very good, which is ideal if you need to work remotely.

The only things missing were dishwasher tablets.

The apartment was overall great. Easy to get to and access. What we loved was the location, in a really cute part of town. Heaps of cafes, resturants and things to see. Especially for famililes. Easy to access Alexanderplatz and the city. The beds were comfy and it was quiet.

Berlin is pretty expensive place to stay, so for the price, the place was missing a few things that probably should be there for the price. Especially for an apartment that has a full kitchen. Things missing were microwave, some cooking equipment (strainer, grater, mixing/salad bowls, chopping boards), coffee pods (has a coffee pod machine, but not pods - had fliters, but no coffee filter machine), soap, extra pillows or extra toilet paper. Few things like this would make this is a really complete apartment.

L'appartement est propre et spacieux. Il est également bien desservi en transport en commun.

Trop peu d’ équipement et de mobilier. Pas de porte manteau (nius avons eu de la pluie), aucun meuble pour poser ses affaires en bas. Et un canapé 2 places pour 4, il manque au moins 1 fauteuil à mettre sous l’escalier. Pas de quoi faire un peu de ménage ,balai etc. Pas équipé de basic : sel, poivre, huile d’olive, torchon. Je l’ai écrit aux propriétaire des le lendemain de notre arrivée, leur demandant un balai et un torchon, je n’ai jamais eu de retour en 6 jours. Et enfin, à l’etage, pas de garde corps à la porte fenêtre à l’etage: nous sommes arrivée de nuit, nous avons trouvé cela très dangereux et ce n’est pas indiqué. Manque de mobilier, lampe de chevet et chaise pour poser ses affaires, de quoi faire sécher sa serviette. Et les alèses en plastique, je naime pas du tout. Bref, pas très confortable.
