2 Minutes walk from nearest U station. Incredible quiet location. Department store is 5 minutes walk. Breakfast cafe, Mexican and Italian food joints within 50 meters. Decent, big apartment with loads of air and light.
If I have to be picky, then the couch is a bit worn down and can use replacement.

Die Leute waren total flexibel. Wir konnten früh einchecken. Und als meine Schwiegermutter ihren Schlüssel versehentlich im Apartment gelassen hat, wurde das sofort gelöst und wir bekamen einen Ersatzschlüssel. Freundliche Betreuung und eine super Lage. Ich fand das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis gut. Natürlich ist die Wohnung einfach ausgestattet, aber man kann sie sich gemütlich machen. Es ist ruhig und man hat genug Platz. Das ist ideal und besser als ein Hotelzimmer. Außerdem gibt es eine kleine Küche, in der man sich einen Kaffee und etwas Frühstück machen kann. Und einen Kühlschrank. Auch das hat mir gut gefallen. Das Badezimmer ist klein, aber absolut ausreichend.
Ich hatte große Bedenken, weil ich vorherige Bewertungen gelesen habe, und hätte das Apartment fast nicht gebucht. Im Nachhinein frage ich mich, was die Leute wohl erwarten. Denn das Apartment ist wirklich in Ordnung. Ich würde es wieder buchen.

Location was great and the bed linens and towels were clean.
We had to hassle for check in info only a few hours before check in which should have been received a week before. We arranged a check in time of 16:00-17:00. On arriving at 16:45 the keys were missing from the lock box. We rang the contact number with no answer and got a text saying the would ring back soon. After a long wait, a cleaner came down (having only just finished cleaning) and gave us the keys. He did not seem to know we had been waiting long, or that we should have had access from 16:00.
Once arriving at the apartment, it was not very clean - the sofa had lots of wet stains and the bathroom was still dirty.
The furniture was very basic and the apartment felt a bit sad. It would feel a lot nicer with just a few pictures on the walls and some slightly nicer furniture.
