Close to train station
Door was really hard to unlock, had to fidget with the key for 15 minutes until we figured out how to open it. Owner did say they are waiting on the landlord to change the lock

Die Lage toppt alles. 2 min zur S-Bahn und wenige Gehminuten zum Friedrichstadtpalast. Im direkten Umfeld gibt es viele Restaurants & Bars. Anfragen an die Vermieterin wurden relativ zügig beantwortet. Die Fotos auf Booking sind leider nicht mehr aktuell.
Das Appartement war sicher vor einiger Zeit in einem neuwertigen Zustand. Über einen längeren Zeitraum wurde nichts mehr daran gewartet oder repariert. Toilettenpapierhalter abgebrochen, nichts passiert. Vorhänge rausgerissen, hängen schlampig herunter. Dazu ist es sehr schmutzig, z B. Dreckkante am Teppich... alles wirkt sehr lieblos, was sehr schade ist, da es sehr wertig eingerichtet worden war. Ich buche regelmäßig Unterkünfte über Booking. Dies ist mit Abstand meine traurigste Erfahrung. Sehr schade.

Zentrale Lage und genug Platz für 4 Gäste aufgrund der Schlafcouch.
Es war leider nicht sauber, Der Boden wurde offensichtlich nicht gewischt.
