Perfect & new apartment in which you feel comfortable and would prefer to move in. There is a separate bedroom with a four-poster bed 180x200 and another bed 150x200 - all new and good mattresses! The living room with double bed 160x200, more open kitchen with bar & bar stools also makes you want to cook. You can eat at the olive wood table with bench and wicker chairs. There is also a bathroom with tub & sep. Shower & toilet and washing machine available. The apartment has a green balcony with wooden furniture and a view of the quiet courtyard. The apartment is located directly on the beautiful angel pool. You step out the door & an oasis offers itself to you. Kaisers, Aldi & Lidl are 50-150m and the underground 200m away. Parking spaces are available free of charge in Annenstraße & Legiendamm. Welcome! WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS!

Great unit in a very nice location. Close to subway, grocery stores, and several nice restaurants and biergartens. Lovely balcony and well equipped kitchen. Kids games, maps, foosball table, ... Thanks, we had a great time.

This property was nicer in person than the photographs that were provided on the listing. It was roomy spacious and very clean. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything that you would basically need to cook if you wish to cook inside. The location was excellent. It was close to the bus lines and subway lines. In addition, there were grocery stores very close by and a restaurant next door.The neighborhood felt very safe.All in all it was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay, and we would highly recommend this property to anyone who is visiting Berlin.
