Nada...todo fantástico

From the moment I booked, the host was incredibly attentive, providing clear instructions and great local recommendations. The house was spotless and very well-located—central, yet in a convenient spot. It takes about 8-10 minutes to walk to public transport, and getting there from the airport was super easy and straightforward. The apartment features two clean bedrooms, a living room, a balcony, and a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Everything was easy to find, and both the Wi-Fi and amenities were in great working order. Considering everything, the price-to-performance ratio is satisfying.

The only minor thing to note is that the key pickup location is placed a bit high, which might be a slight challenge for shorter guests. Other than that, everything was absolutely perfect. Highly recommended!

-excellent location: close to supermarket, u bahn and restaurants -clean (!) -communication with the owner was good -cool even during heatwave.

-poor maintenance, e.g. hole in the wall where a lamp used to be patched up with paper, sticky tape on kitchen cupboards, screws sticking out of the front of the bed. -old furniture. I don’t mind second hand furniture, but some was really worn down -I am sure that if this place is renovated properly it will make a great stay!
