Skvělá lokalita v centru Berlína, všechno bylo dobře dostupné. Oceňuji také bezkontaktní check-in, který byl jednoduchý a pohodlný. Pokoj měl zajímavý industriální styl a dispozičně nám vyhovoval. Na krátký pobyt naprosto dostačující.
Bohužel čistota nebyla na dobré úrovni. V apartmánu byly špinavé nádoby a celkově by ubytování potřebovalo důkladnější úklid. To trochu kazilo jinak dobrý dojem z pobytu.

This was a spacious, clean and comfortable apartment in a great location! 3 double bedrooms were very large - we were a group of 3 but it would easily be comfortable for a party of 6. There was plenty of space in the communal area and a good kitchen - dishwasher, fridge etc. We were left coffee pods and toiletries too. The two shower rooms was a big bonus too.
The two showers were great, but one of them did not drain well so we only ended up being able to use one shower - not an issue for three people but might have been an issue if our group was bigger. The only other issue was the flat was quite cold! We didn’t have instructions on how to turn on/change the heating.

A localização apesar de perto de metrô e ônibus estava próxima a uma praça com muitos usuários de drogas, eles não fazem nada, mas é meio estranho. A rua é bem escura e quando chegamos no prédio também é bem escuro. Mas vale o custo-benefício.
A comunicação com a proprietária sofreu certo delay para obter respostas.
