Super well located with lots of space. A really quiet space with a nice feel

More pillows would have been good. The kitchen is basic but functional. One shower was not working but was being fixed.

Location, size, comfort

Skvělá lokalita v centru Berlína, všechno bylo dobře dostupné. Oceňuji také bezkontaktní check-in, který byl jednoduchý a pohodlný. Pokoj měl zajímavý industriální styl a dispozičně nám vyhovoval. Na krátký pobyt naprosto dostačující.

Bohužel čistota nebyla na dobré úrovni. V apartmánu byly špinavé nádoby a celkově by ubytování potřebovalo důkladnější úklid. To trochu kazilo jinak dobrý dojem z pobytu.

The location is super convenient, with 2 metros 5min away, and 2 or 3 bus lines almost at your door. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, and it has enough amenities available for a basic but nice stay, as a water boiler, a (portable) induction stove, capsule coffee machine, hair dryer. Since these apartments are former offices, there are many plugs available and the admins did some accomodations (plug extensions and rustic tables) to have connectivity next to the beds. Free wifi is provided. We found coffee capsules, tea, and spices to cook, there are about 3 supermarkets nearby to buy whatever else you need. Cutleries and basics for cooking (big knives, spatula, pots, dishes, cups, pan, etc) are all provided. Toiletries and towels are also included. The apartment has a nice temperature (at least in September, when we visited) There are also a big sofa and a table with chairs in the common space of the apartment.

Quite bad: - The property we stayed said "2 full bathrooms" which was the main reason we chose it (big group of women), but it was 1 shower+toilet and an "only shower", the standalone shower was out of service (according to the reviews, from more than 6 months ago) so the place lost a lot of value for us with that. - The communication is horrendous, the property only has automated messages and never responds to any message or call. The self check-in could have been nice if they didn't send 2 kinds of notification, one with the old system (and we got scared because the property is not mentioned at the main door board), and an out-of-the-app SMS with the new information (which I honestly thought it could be a scam). They also sent this info about 30min before the expected check-in and I was just thinking what would have happened if I didn't have internet to proceed. - The cleaning staff was still cleaning when we arrived (in this case they saved us because they opened the door, but we had to wait for them to leave) - One of the rooms had all the switches for the lights outside of the room and no bedside lamps, it was uncomfortable and by accident we did turn the lights on as the switch was next to the kitchen (we woke up our friend). - The isolation of sound is pretty bad and somehow the people makes a lot of noise late at night outside Could improve: - there are a lot of plugs but in uncomfortable places, not where it would be more useful. - More plugs are needed on the kitchen as if you want to use the stove, the closest plug was the restroom, which means you cannot cook and someone use the restroom at the same time.
