Romantic Style Apartment Berlin Alexanderplatz

Within easy walking distance of Alexanderplatz and the center of Berlin. The apartment is large, airy and very comfortable, with plenty of space for our family of five. The kitchen is spacious and convenient, equipped with everything we needed (including a dishwasher).We also appreciated the washing machine. The apartment is on the 17th floor of a high-rise, with nice views of the city (looking away from the city center, but there is also a public balcony on the other side where one has great views of the sunset over the city center) We mostly walked, but there is also a U-bahn/S-bahn station just across the street if one prefers to use public transport A couple of great restaurants (Nepalese and Korean) in the next building that we really enjoyed.

There was no parking available on-site. However this is not really a complaint as it was made clear in advance and the owner kindly pointed us to a public parking lot a short distance away in the Alexa shopping center (25€/day)

The five of us had no remarks whatsoever. The place was spacious, comfortable, clean, and the location perfect for sightseeing. Also the host was very attentive and helped to accommodate a friend who arrived unplanned days after us.

We didn't have water for one day due to works in the basement, but that wasn't the homeowner's fault. So, nothing we didn't like.

The flat was so welcoming.

Veer good location with easy access to the train station and shops. The apartment was very clean and tidy.

There is construction work ongoing beside the apartment which woke us up every morning at 5 am. I was not happy paying the price that is being charged for this apartment and having my whole family woken every morning at 5 am. It resulted in some very tired people trying to enjoy the city.
