Zentral gelegen und sehr schön und komfortabel ausgestattet Das Personal war rund um die Uhr erreichbar und hat uns nach 23 Uhr geholfen ohne Schlüssel wieder in die Wohnung reinzukommen. Der Kontakt war reibungslos 👌

Eine Kleinigkeit : beim Duschen ist alles nass geworden. Die Trennwand war zu kurz

Duszno po powrocie wieczorem (konieczne wietrzenie, moze warto zainwestowac w klimatyzacje), plyta indukcyjna z nieintuicyjnym pokrętłem ( koniecznie trzeba napisac instrukcje uzywania), łazienka z otwarta kabina (zalewanie łazienki po każdym uzyciu, nie widze rozwiazania poza dostepna sciagaczka wody), ekspres do kawy - warto wymienić ale dzialal.

Clean, comfortable beds, quiet location. Really nice place. Appreciated oil and cooking amenities.

My complaints are minor. First, we had messaged to ask if we could drop our luggage early and never got a response, so had to check it at Berlin HBF. Second, there were so many messages from the company to sort through after we booked that I found it hard to keep up with them. Third, there was no dishwasher soap. Fourth, the siding doors to the bedroom were either off track or difficult to shut. Fifth, and most importantly, the coffee maker didn’t work! We spent an hour trying to troubleshoot the problem, which we never solved, then had to just buy coffee at a cafe. We messaged the company but they only responded with asking what the problem was—no replacement of the machine or other solution. Really disappointed that for the price there were so many little things that went wrong.
