Once we got to the property it was easy to access, however it is not that easy to reach from Berlin Hauptbanhof which is a shame. The shower was lovely and the bathroom spacious. The little kitchenette had almost everything we needed for a good stay, including a dishwasher and washing machine. When we were booking, there were two apartments on offer, one at approx 30m2, and for about e80 more another apartment that was approx 60m2. If you can afford it, I would definitely recommend the bigger apartment, as the living room/dining room was very spacious and as we used the sofa bed too, it was great that there was so much space.
Check in was difficult - it was an online check in as there were no hosts to meet, and I found this very challenging as the prompts didn't work and I had to contact the owners of the building directly. However, when I did have to contact them, their responses were prompt which was warmly welcomed. The kitchenette could have done with an additional tea towel, and as we used the washing machine, it would have been great to have a clothes horse.

It's a great apartment on a perfect location, close to U-Bahn. It has everything you need. Clean, large bathroom. I would come back again!

large bedroom, facilities, good furniture, well equipped. Very clean.
No wifi available the first day. We had to wait until Day 2 for that to be fixed. Unacceptable.
Very noisy area. Our room was on the street side (Chausseestrasse) with not well insulated windows. Many ambulances passing by, all sirens out, day and night!
Completely automated (and anonymous) check-in procedure is frustrating.
We asked for an early check-in (2 hrs before the regular time of 15:00). Problem is that the host would not notify in advance whether it would be granted or not. We had to stupidly wait until 1 pm to find out that it was eventually not granted. All communication through an App link: so time consuming and not user-friendly.
Elevator blocked at time. Seems it has not been verified since 2024!
