Location and Sharen, the cleaning lady who helped us find the door code.

The door code was not available upon arrival, and Sharen showed up to clean in time to rescue us and made phone calls on our behalf.

Pretty good location, only a 15 minute walk from Berlin Central Station. However, it’s too far to walk with full luggage and too close and inconvenient for a cab/Bolt.

1. It is clearly a commercial office used as accommodation. 2. The oddly located sliding window offers no light or noise isolation between the bedrooms. 3. There are no opening windows and no air conditioning, so no ventilation at all. 4. Shower was cramped making it impossible to avoid banging elbows repeatedly. 5. Double beds with only one (rather short) single bed duvet on each bed. 6. Pillows were thin and unsupportive. We appreciate the owner/agent explaining that the bedding was customary but we didn’t experience the same elsewhere on our travels in Germany.

De aparte slaapkamer had een opening met glazen deurtje naar de woon/tweede slaapkamer. Dit was voor ons niet ideaal omdat wij juiste een aparte slaapkamer hadden geboekt voor een prikkelarme omgeving. Helaas was dit door de opening tussen de twee slaapvertrekken niet naar onze wens en hebben wij het appartement daarom na 1 nacht weer verlaten.

On ne peut pas aérer à part en ouvrant la porte
