Lots to like about Icon Narindra. Extremely quiet, especially for being so close to Sukhumvit and the Em malls. Very, very clean. 24 hour tuk tuk to the main road was great. They’re also very generous with bottled water and free mini bar snacks! They even gave us a gift of candy upon checkout. Staff and owner were all very kind and helpful, and couldn’t be more accommodating. The bed wasn’t to our personal preference (firm mattress and very fluffy pillows), but when we mentioned it to them they immediately refitted the bed with a very comfy topper and gave us new pillows. If you want to be close to this area of Sukhumvit without hearing all the traffic, this can’t be beat.

The biggest negative was the shower. The pressure and heat were both good, but the shower head sat at an angle where it basically sprayed horizontally and past the tub. It was very difficult to position ourselves under it and actually get clean. Very uncomfortable and frustrating to use. This was in the Junior suite, I don’t know if it’s different in other rooms. The other negative of our north-facing room was the view. We saw only the buildings around us and no plant life whatsoever unless we stood awkwardly by the TV or outside on the balcony. The balcony, too, was a bit disappointing. It was not wide enough to sit down on, and was not a place that you can really spend time on. Also, a minor thing, but there was no art or decoration in the room, whatsoever. Combined with the lack of a view, it meant we saw nothing but blank walls inside and out for the length of our stay. Add a new shower head bracket and a cheap piece of art or two on the walls, and this would be a great stay, if you don’t mind the view and tiny balcony.

Very professional staff - everything smooth and service oriented. They drive you with the tuktuk shuttle within seconds.

Loved the huge, beautiful room and friendly service. So convenient with the Skytrain and EmQuartier shopping mall nearby. Shopping was easy and there were many restaurants in the area. We will surely come back and definitely recommend staying here!

We loved the quiet location with the 24/7 tuk tuk service that dropped us on the main road. We could have the best of both worlds: quiet sleep and connection to the city buzz and sky train stop in 1 minute. Also loved the apartment, super comfortable, clean and spacious.
