    Beautiful hotel, excellent location to public transport and big malls. Very nice rooms. Excellent breakfast included, one of the best have had inclusive of the room

    After staying at quite a few hotels across Thailand, Kromo stood out immediately. The design is impeccable, stylish and thoughtful in every detail, and the location couldn't be better. What really set it apart, though, was the team. They genuinely know how to treat guests. Every interaction felt warm and attentive, the kind of hospitality that makes you feel welcome rather than just processed. After some disappointing experiences elsewhere, it was a real breath of fresh air. The view is fantastic, and the pool was a great place to unwind after a day out in the city. Great design, great location, and even better people. Kromo is an amazing hotel, and I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

    I will not recommend it to anyone . It’s take a long time to get grab / taxi due to right next to the traffic and lot of cancellations. No buffet breakfast and less options. Location is okay.
