    Room was nice. Breakfast was great amenities not so great. We tried to use the steam one morning says it opened at 6 AM. Couldn’t find anybody to give us a key so they don’t staff it appropriately. We then upgraded to the executive lounge and we had to pay an upgrade fee, which was fine but we did not get to the hotel until 1 AM. The first night and two pieces of laundry should be included, but the staff would not allow us to do four pieces so we didn’t use any of the facilities did not get our Laundry yet that they would not reverse the extra charge for the one night so we got nothing for it. We tried to talk to the Front Desk and they were not helpful. I asked the Desk about putting a topper on the bed as we found the mattress a little hard. The gentleman at the front desk said he would look into it, but we never heard back after I called Housekeeping they came and did it but the Front Desk staff just blew us off the executive lounge. People were nice drinks. Do not come out until 6 o’clock and we realized their selection was not top shelf by any means it only had Johnny Walker, red scotch and Smirnoff vodka. We did complain, but they said that that was top shelf and would not do anything about that.
