    Stayed here in a family room with three toddlers as I had to attend meetings nearby. The hotel is located in a very busy soi off Sukhumvit Street, and offer fabulous access to food, shopping, massages, as well as all the different options of public transportation in Bangkok. Nana BTS station is a few hundred meters away. Also the MRT is close by, as well as the canal system. It is also close enough to the Makasan Airport link and allows you to arrive from the airport by train and get to the hotel with a short taxi ride. The hotel itself is not new but is carefully renovated and maintained. The public spaces are clean and comfortable. The restaurants are good. The breakfast is fresh and pleasent. We stayed in a family room with a bunk bed, which my kids loved, and also had two TVs: one for the kids and one for the rest of the room. This worked well for giving the kids their side of the room while resting. On top of that the TV allows connecting to YouTube and Netflix, which is super helpful when traveling with kids, especially to countries where the TV might not be in English. The hotel also has a small kids' area accessible via a card that you get from the reception. It is clean and helpful to have to take a short break with the kids. All the staff were kind and helpful. Just before checking out we also had a small accident in the room and after review the hotel waived any request for payment, saying that they are capable of fixing it internally. We were extremely grateful as it was very and truly courteous of them. All in all for the price paid per night, this hotel is great and I can't complain about anything. It's located on an easy-to-find road. It is accessible and within walking distance to everything needed. It is a great starting point for day trips around the city. The food is nice, the swimming pool is nice, and the general environment is very, very kind and warm. Thank you from us and see you next time. Krab Kun Karp.
