The Alberti Hotel - Sukhumvit 31

Good location, great stay, pool is nice, gym is small but I think sufficient

The bathroom should come with a curtain, everytime after shower the floor will be all wet.

Very clean with new furniture

Asked for a quiet room but got the second floor facing the street

We had a fantastic holiday in Bangkok, and our stay at The Alberti was truly outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the entire hotel team. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional, making us feel at home right away. To our surprise, we were allowed to check in earlier than the scheduled time. We stayed in a spacious suite with two rooms, two showers, a comfortable living area, a kitchenette, and a charming French balcony. Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The Friday evening gathering was wonderful and very enjoyable. The management took the time to personally chat with us, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Even at breakfast, we were always greeted with a smile, even when we arrived a little later than planned! The hotel also provided a complimentary tuk-tuk service to the metro station and city center, which was a fantastic extra and made getting around Bangkok so much easier. The management and staff also gave us great recommendations every day on things to do and places to visit in Bangkok. The hotel is located in a lovely neighborhood full of hidden gems, allowing us to discover places we would probably never have found on our own. Everything about our stay felt natural, warm, and personal. In fact, we enjoyed the experience and personal attention so much that we decided to extend our stay. When it was time to leave, the management even took the time to personally say goodbye and wave us off. That gesture perfectly reflects the hospitality, care, and dedication of everyone at the hotel. Thanks to the amazing team, our time in Bangkok was even more memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Thailand.
