Amora NeoLuxe Suites Hotel

The location is right across Emsphere. I would like to commend this particular restaurant staff by the name of Pam. She really make my stay here extremely pleasant and felt welcome. She took the extra effort to remember my room number and food preference and importantly she is always seen to be polite, bubbly and cheerful and full of positive vibes.

The bathroom somehow is full of ants crawling even for the wash basin area though I am not exactly sure what causes it. Also, I was charged for a bucket of ice upon checkout (all hotels do provides complimentary ice bucket when requested). The receptionist did not even to inform me of the upfront charges for the request of ice bucket. This was my sore point as the hotel should have told the guest upfront on the said charges as a matter of principle instead of providing first and surprised you with the charges later. This to me is NOT ACCEPTABLE!

Brilliant reception staff & management, Breakfast staff super friendly, Breakfast has all what it needs(indeed no premium.products), however, for BF charge it is fine... Will def return,hopefully catch up high raise rooming, street side, enjoyed as well swimming pool

By the time of return aft dinner out, non of keys 🔑 didn't work....however, the night audit fixed it, after 2 times up &down rides....
