I really enjoyed the facilities. The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety of dishes, including salads. The staff were helpful and always welcoming.
I also appreciated the sports facilities, such as the pool and the gym. Furthermore, the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating overall. In fact, this is the reason why this wasn't my first stay.
The mattress was a bit on the hard side, but it wasn't uncomfortable.
However, there wasn't any hot water in the shower. It wasn't a major issue, so I didn't bother the hotel staff about it, although it would have been nice to have a hot shower.
I must point out that this won't stop me from booking a room at this hotel again.

Loved this hotel! The staff were very service-minded and helpful at all times. The breakfast was brilliant and with a lot of options of warm and cold food, pastries, and fruits. The location was great, with a lot of access to malls, transport, and shops. The rooms were tidy and clean, well-equipped with highly functional technologies and strong Internet.
