    Dear Hotel Services Team, I have stayed in many hotels around the world, but I genuinely felt compelled to write this email because the level of care and professionalism shown by your staff was truly exceptional. My stay from 1st to 12th July was far from straightforward. I had four rooms booked through multiple agencies, made the bookings in stages, accidentally created duplicate reservations, cancelled and rebooked several times, and had to communicate with different booking platforms regarding refunds. It was a logistical nightmare, yet your team handled every single challenge with remarkable patience, kindness, and professionalism. I would especially like to acknowledge Mr.***, your Relationship Manager. He dealt with an extraordinary amount of confusion surrounding my bookings and never once made me feel like I was a burden. He patiently coordinated multiple reservations, assisted with cancellations, communicated with various booking agencies, and even supported my refund requests for duplicate bookings. Throughout it all, he remained calm, reassuring, and incredibly efficient. His customer service is genuinely world-class. A very special thank you also goes to ***, who worked tirelessly to finalise my accounts. She carefully reconciled multiple bills, organised receipts, applied discounts wherever appropriate, and ensured every financial detail was correct. On top of that, after I had already checked out, she went above and beyond by locating belongings I had accidentally left behind and arranging for them to be returned to me. Her dedication and attention to detail were truly outstanding. I would also like to recognise the wonderful *** and ***. These two lovely ladies were consistently warm, cheerful, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Whether it was during the day or late at night, they were always willing to assist with a smile. Their kindness, genuine care, and willingness to help made me feel welcomed and looked after every single day. Please extend my sincere gratitude to all four of them. They transformed what could have been a stressful experience into one that I will remember very fondly. Staff like ***, ***, ***, and *** are the reason guests return—not just because of a beautiful hotel, but because of the people who make it feel like home. Thank you once again for employing such exceptional individuals. They are a tremendous credit to your hotel, and I sincerely hope they receive the recognition they so richly deserve.     stayed for few days in Bangkok. The hotel is close to main market and has convenience stores at short walk.

    We booked a room with breakfast and paid through Agoda. We booked for myself, my wife and our young son. When we arrived they told us that although we had booked a room for 3 with breakfast we could only have one breakfast and if we wanted more we had to pay separately. I insisted that we booked a room for 3 with breakfast and that there was no option on the site to book a room for 3 but only pay for one breakfast. This was absurd. When we showed up for breakfast staff told me that we couldn't eat there unless we paid the additional amount. A blatant fraud. We travel a lot but will never stay at Novotel again.
