Public House Hotel Bangkok, a Member of Design Hotels

General building design is nice and we liked the breakfast.

This is not really a 5-star hotel; we would consider it more of a 4-star property. On our last day, we had to leave early and therefore couldn’t make it to breakfast. Unfortunately, the hotel did not offer us any alternative—not even a bottle of water. Normally, a hotel of this category would provide a sandwich, a breakfast box, or at least something to take with you on the way to the airport. The “gym” is almost laughable as well—one treadmill can hardly be called a gym. Overall, the level of service and facilities simply does not meet the standards you would expect from a luxury hotel.

Loved my stay here. Staff are amazing. Location is great. Design of hotel and rooms are nice. All the little touches like the complimentary drink each evening in the bar, welcome pastries and even a cookie when you leave. Breakfast is great too.

Just that the room next to me joined via an internal door - so I could hear everything happening including their music and conversations. Don’t stay if you want a pool or gym either…as these are v small

It’s a really nice hotel, very well designed, great location, even the food was a great discovery; they have a different very well designed menu.

Nice clean room , good position , friendly staff and very helpful

We arrived early after a long overnight flight and had asked if we could check in early but was told ahead of time subject to availability . On arrival were told our room was ready but if we wanted it now we would have to pay a additional £50 or wait 2 hours - most hotels if the room is available would not charge so thought this was a bit unreasonable
