Great hotel, staff were friendly, room was quite big. Shower the best one I had during my whole trip, so good.
Needed an early check in but was told it couldn't be done. Not sure if that was true or if they didn't understand my request due to language barrier.
Not a complaint but just a note, the Location is great but traffic in the Sukhumvit Soi maze is busy so suggest you book transport ahead.

Spacious rooms we had a suite
No handle to hold on too when walking on the stairs whilst leaving the pool . Reception is too small

good location. though the room was smaller than expected, it was clean and staff were cooperative. breakfast was exceptionally good. i would give it 5 stars. price is slightly high.
