From the friendly front-desk staff to the cloud-soft beds, every aspect of this hotel experience was flawless. I made use of the on-site gym which had a large array of dumbells and several treadmills. The pool was large enough, and just the right temperature. Sitting in there, you'd never know you were in such a central location by the lack of city noise. Sun lounges were comfy and spacious. But the highlight was the bedding... it was so soft and comfy. I slept like a baby. The hotel is located on a small no-through road, which helps to reduce traffic noise. I didn't expect that would make such a difference. Next time I visit the area, I'll be happy to book TwoThree again.

Hard to complain about anything.

It really feels like I'm coming home everytime I come back to Bangkok to stay at Two Three. Super polite and efficient staff and security that already know me because of my (almost) monthly bookings. Still one of the best locations to stay in my opinion.

We had 2 rooms, 7th and 4th floor. 7th floor was good but view of a wall. Room on 4th floor was the same view. *The worktop where kettle was and supplies were full of tiny ants and when followed where they came from, was up the leg of the counter and the carpet. .... I moved the kettle into the bathroom to stop the ants from entering. (the cleaner clearly would've seen these). *Shower head of the shower which you could use freely, was thick with mould. *Had to keep signing into the WiFi. *I requested a late check out as the flight was early morning next day and was told it wasn't possible as they were fully booked. I looked on a travel company and rooms were available. I then enquired at the reception regarding late check out and it would cost 1000bht upto 17h, then after it would be charged at a full day 3200bht. I booked through another travel operator for another night for not much more, 2000bht and told reception, that 1 room needed to be extended with regards to extra night, this was agreed. However when leaving the room in the morning, sight seeing, arrived back to room not cleaned and no fresh water.. I went and asked and the water was provided.
