Perfect location
The property itself is lovely and in a very convenient, perfect location. However, one area that could be improved is the reception service. During our stay, we found the reception team to be quite reserved and, at times, not very welcoming or approachable.
A warmer greeting, a smile, and a little more friendliness from the reception staff would make a big difference to the overall guest experience. The hotel is otherwise in a great location and has a lot of potential.
