    Stayed for 5 nights with my family (3 adults, 2 toddlers). Hotel’s location is awesome as you are 5 mins walk to Emsphere (through the park). Hotel staff was generally friendly and helpful. Only unpleasant experience was when I enquired with the front desk on the morning buffet charges and the female staff in charge quoted me prices double of what I was quoted at the restaurant even after my repeated clarification. Highly recommend if you prefer to stay at luxurious hotel with plenty of nearby amenities.

    I just mentioned I have 2 rooms under my booking and she went all berserk , being very rude .
