Found a gem. Immaculately clean, great staff. A quiet area but right next to IKEA complex on Sukhumvit. An excellent area downstairs a relaxing common area with seating inside and outside in a courtroom. Top pick for us on a short stay and has car parking which is good for us

I chose this hotel because I was attending a concert at UOB Live, and the location was very convenient. I took the BTS to Phrom Phong Station and walked along the skywalk all the way to Emsphere Mall. However, the alley leading to the hotel is quite narrow, barely wide enough for two cars to pass each other. There are also several bars and massage parlors along the way, which might make female solo travelers feel a little uncomfortable, especially at night. However, if you’re walking with a friend, it shouldn’t be a problem. On the positive side, the hotel kindly allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. One small downside was that I wasn’t informed in advance about the 1,000 THB cash deposit. I didn’t have any cash with me, but the staff were flexible and kindly said I could pay it later. The room amenities were pretty standard and had everything I needed. However, the bathroom sliding door was damaged and felt like it might come off its track, so I had to be extra careful whenever I opened or closed it. Overall, it’s a convenient option if you’re attending an event at UOB Live, but there are a few things worth keeping in mind before booking.
