Staff were less than cordial, nor communicative or informational. Hotel was great, no complaints at all there. The shuttle to the airport wasn't organized very well. Had to run down the street to catch the bus to the airport. Departed ten minutes earlier than advertised, so we had to sprint to catch it. Just telling it like it was.

This room was too small and expensive. No frills room without a fridge or microwave or even coffee. The room was smaller than Motel 6. I would never stay there again.

I didn’t ever speak to a staff person; the line was long when I checked in, so I used the computers. And there was no one to be found during my attempt to check out. This wouldn’t have been a problem, except that it made for a confusing time finding the airport shuttle pickup spot. My biggest reason for giving a 3 is that the airport shuttles are too infrequent to really count as a convenient solution. I booked this hotel because it advertised itself as convenient to the Frankfurt airport. Yet, arriving in the evening, I had to wait in the cold for 45 minutes before the shuttle bus arrived, particularly since I was afraid I’d miss it (not knowing what it looked like among many other shuttles). But the astonishingly crowded morning shuttle was the very worst. It was so overcrowded with people and luggage that we had to make precarious stacks of slippery suitcases, just to carve out standing room. Some of this was inconsiderate fellow-passengers refusing to move their stuff, but almost all of this could have been mitigated if the shuttles came every 1/2 hour rather than every hour. The breakfast was okay—very basic—and the room was clean and comfortable.

Parking was 14€/day, while in the booking did not say that there was a fee for using the parking. They did not make the room any day during my stay. Breakfast was poor.

Conveniently located. Airport shuttle makes things convenient, just remember to look at the schedule as the last morning ride is at 10:39. No problem ubering to and from though. Bed was comfortable - definitely beats sleeping on benches at the airport if you’ve gotten delayed.

New ZLEEP hotel built in 2025 in a quiet commercial area 15 mins. from Frankfort Airport. (there is a group of 4 other hotels nearby) Free shuttle to/from airport every hour. Built with true German efficiency, rooms are small but comfortable, good bed and A/C, Elevators, Parking, good shower, the large windows open for fresh air. Breakfast for a $ fee, Bar open 24 hours, limited food - pizza only. HIGHLY recommended- good value.

AirPort Shuttle was not available when we arrived. It closes down for 5 hours in the middle of the day. Arrived at noon and after waiting for a hour, we were told we had to find another way to get to the hotel. Room was nice and a great restaurant with in walking distance.

Shuttle service pick up every hour. Check schedule table and be prepared. Shuttle shared with another hotel and some people have no idea and leave in the wrong spot. Driver dont even announce each stop. The entire hotel is handled by a single employee (front desk, bartender, janitor, breakfast) do not expect much service specially after hours. Check your room well before unpacking, just in case. Beds are ok, bath very clean.

We lucked out getting the airport shuttle. The schedule should be made easier to find. The front desk staff guy was very quick in getting us checked in with a key. The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The shower water pressure was very good too. Breakfast served our needs, automatic coffee selection machine, fresh baked croissants, and the usual suspects of continental breakfast choices. We'd go back for a night by the airport again.

There are SO many other options.... We waited 10 mins past the time the shuttle was to be at the airport...and ended up paying more than 20 euros to get to the hotel. When we arrived we didnt see any staff so we had to check ourselves in at a series of Kiosks. Then to top it off, guests are expected to clear their dishes at meal time.

The experience at Zleep Hotel was very disappointing. The room had a strong and unpleasant smell, and some parts of the walls were left unpainted, giving the impression of poor maintenance. The room itself was extremely small, making it difficult to move around, and there were no proper charging plug facilities which made the stay even more inconvenient. Due to the strange odor, I had to cancel my reservation for the next day and move to another hotel. Considering these issues, I strongly believe the hotel should refund my charges.

Second time here. Try to book early as prices go up massively on the day. Breakfast just average . Juice misters empty . No hot breakfast (like bacon but they do have boiled eggs ) bus service once an hour to and from airport but bear in mind it’s not 24 hours . The morning last airport run is 10.50 am i think so you cant stay longer if flight is later in the afternoon . Overall comfy beds and nice and clean. Also bus from the airport stops about 10.40pm i think
