It was dirty ,the blankets smelling,the room was very cold.It was unsafe as the downstairs doors which is entry to the rooms was open the who night because it didn’t close

Didn’t stay it was overbooked and no help. 65 euros out of pocket in taxis

Booked the room due to flight cancellation. Received confirmation and took taxi to the accomodation. Hotel front door was open but nobody at reception. Small note stating the guest to call this number if reception not staffed. Didn’t have a local phone and no wifi password at reception. After waiting 30 mins finally found out the accomodation was actually full and the booking was cancelled. So I was stuck in some strange out if the city location which cost me 30 euro in a taxi to get to. I then had to ask someone locally to help call a taxi and I paid another 35 euro to the nearest hotel where luckily they had a room at twice the cost. No help from the owner and 70 euros out of pocket Really poor quality hotel Bad location and basically a total disaster.

No air conditioning, which is probably fine for most of the year, but was a hot day and warm night end of June.

that at least there was a room

the bathroom was smelling very bad, the room had no kettle no microwave, the location was far from airport, no person to give keys and no prior information to take them, lot of stairs, we had hard time with carrying luggage

The bed was fine and the room was clean, but the post is misleading for all the above reasons.

The location was an industrial area. Really surprising how the pictures of accommodation being advertised on booking.com are almost always misleading. This was listed as a 3 star but the location in itself is close to being a 1 star, and is something you do not see in the posting.

For the postings of available accommodation such as this one to be more honest, instead of when you arrive at the location to be met with total surprise.

The distance to the bus stop to hop on a bus to the airport. Nothing else.

Terrible stay. I booked an individual room, however, upon arrival was placed in a room with multiple beds. Alongside this, I arrived at the location and reception was empty. When finding the lady who would check me in, there was an issue with my room, and another individual had been checked into my room, who then had to move. The lady was not friendly, and I felt like a burden to her.

I will never sleep on the floor of Frankfurt airport again - cheap and nearby.

It is cheap, clean, good shower, hot water, toilet, bed, warm room, etc. It is better than staying on floor of airport if you are arriving late or leaving early - it is better than paying 160plus on another room for a few hours sleep. It is one 4 min train journey and a 15-17 min walk. Ideal for a place to sleep and to freshen up.

A bit hard to find for the first time. The area is industrial. But the area is not why you are going to stay there. I saw a restaurant in my travels there, but I do not know how plentiful in the immediate area. No lobby or food place in the premises (not that sort of place). So advance plan your food/eating and then go there to sleep and freshen up.

Bedroom was not a single, as booked, but had 4 beds, although it functioned as a single since I was the only one in the room. Mattress was very soft and bed squeaked.

Great place for little money!

The room was really good, bed was comfy, lots of storage, mini fridge, good shower and heating system worked really well at night! There are plenty of supermarkets and shops within walking distance (Lidl and Aldi for example), and it's about 15min away from the airport, which is pretty great!

The area looks a bit industrial and it's not easy to see the place at night, but it didn't feel unsafe or anything.
