The hotel is close to the airport. The shuttle was a plus. It was perfect to rest, really quiet.

Great for short stay

Super nice stuff, room , little bar in the lobby is just what you need in order to relax before you catch a flight . Free shuttle, breakfast is included. Good choice for breakfast ( nothing amazing but ok to start your day and it is included in the price )

Hotel was clean and modern.

The location is out in an industrial area and the bus to get to the hotel runs only every hour. The only restaurant in the area is a block and a half away but the food was amazing.

Breakfast was very good, plenty and a good variety of things. It was great to have a free bus service. It's a great convenient location for a one night stay. We would come again.

Rooms are very small, but ok for one or two nights. Shower is small and it leaked into the room. It's a great location for the purpose of going to the airport.

Acceptable for short stay

Clean small room for overnight to catch up breath before my next flight. The hotel offers shuttle bus to the airport in the morning before 11 am and late afternoon after/around 4 pm, which might be beneficial to some travelers, but many hotels do the same. The room rate 80 euros is expensive in my opinion. The staff were very nice, the room was clean.

Inefficient Airport Shuttle, TINY rooms.

Comfortable beds.

Shuttle rune only ONE TIME per hour. If you're at the FRA airport, bring a book and snacks. You'll be waiting awhile. Rooms are TINY.

Rooms are of an excellent standard, good value, easy automated check-in, bar with food available late, free shuttle to airport

No obvious wifi, directions to airport shuttle not adequate (T2 pick up I think is at ground level and I was on 1st), free buses run to a timetable and not that frequent. Taxi driver hadn't heard of hotel so needed address to find it.

Great for one night transfer.

I didn't stay at this hotel but I was relocated to the Intercity hotel. Well done by Zleep Hotel for taking steps to make my trip comfortable. Zleep Hotel also ensured my shuttle bus to airport is free.

Zu empfehlen für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.

Schönes Hotel, um schnell am nächsten Morgen beim Flughafen zu sein. Es war sehr ruhig. Der Fitnessraum ist klein, aber ausreichend für ein bisschen Bewegung. Die Betten sind bequem; das Zimmer hat alles was man braucht.

Zimmer recht schmal Check-In über Automat, ich mag einen persönlichen Check-In lieber.

Sehr gut in der Nähe des Flughafens gelegen .. Einfach , sauber , praktisch . Schöne kleine Nebensache : Es werden Papiertüten beim Frühstücks- Buffet für die Mitnahme von Verpflegung bereit gehalten .

Leider nur , falls noch Hunger , Auftau- Pizza am Abend erhältlich.

Personal konnte schlecht deutsch. Schuttlebus macht von 11.00 bis 16.00 Uhr Pause (man erfuhr die erst in einer Mail kurz vor Anreise. Somit Taxi für 25 Euro oder Bus, der in der Nähe hält. Allerdings als Ortsfremder schwer zu finden) Wlan Schlüssel lag nicht im Zimmer aus und Personal hat nicht darauf aufmerksam gemacht. Als ich Ihn holen wollte, war kein Personal mehr da.Kein Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Betten schlecht. So weich, hatte brutale Rückenschmerzen. Für eine Nacht Ok

Ich habe meine Airpods im Hotel vergessen und wurde am Tag meiner Abreise durch das Hotelpersonal angerufen und darauf hingewiesen, dass diese in meinem Zimmer gefunden worden sind. Mir wurde angeboten die Airpods nachzusenden gegen Belastung der Versandkosten auf meine Kreditkarte. Dem habe ich zugestimmt. Zwei Tage später wurde ich durch eine andere Person kontaktiert mit der Aussage, dass mir die Airpods nicht nachgesendet werden können weil sie angblich einem anderen Gast gehören. Extrem unglaubwürdig.
