Hectic check-in

Сlean and spacious room. 15 min drive from the airport. Nuce small gym with free weights and cardio equipment.

Staff waited till 15:00 to start check in creating a line of 10+ people waiting to check-in and only then started check-in. Honestly, after 24h long transit I only wanted to get into my room to sleep. They could easily check-in people earlier. I never had to wait when I arrived earlier that official check-in time: usually receptionists at least do all paperwork and let you drop-off the luggage do you could at leadt go and eat before your room is ready.

If you miss the shuttle bus from Frankfurt airport you have to sort transport for yourself.

Stay was ok, restaurant was severely lacking.

Room was clean and adequate. Staff tried to be helpful.

Restaurant has very limited food at lunch or dinner. Was told too many times this is what we’re serving period. The pool is $60€ per day to use. I didn’t read anywhere where it was an additional cost. No coffee in the room, you had to purchase it downstairs. Too many things were at an additional fee.

Nice place to stay by Frankfurt airport

They prepared a baby cot for us with a small pillow and blanket. The receptionist was nice and ordered a taxi for us in the morning.

Good night stay near airport.

Nice stay close to airport. -I asked the hotel about the free shuttle service from airport, and they sent me the meeting location at the airport, but didnt tell me what the bus looked like, its not a small shuttle bus, its a large full size bus, that serves 2 hotels, moxys and veinna easy. It says on the side of the bus the hotels. I got on and it was a short drive to the hotel. -Check in was fast but i was second off the bus, and there was a big line of people, so it might take a while to check in if you take the shuttle bus. I had to pay the 2 euro city tax at check in. -I was in room 437, on the 4th floor, top floor. The room was a decent hotel room with everything as expected. Nice bed, Tv, table and chairs, mini fridge, door separating bathroom and entrance way from the bedroom. there was a free bottle of sparkling water. big windows that open fully. -Location is good, there is 2 near by grocery stores, great to get food before a flight or breakfast, one is behind the hotel, you can get out the gate to the trail for faster walk. or walk around the block for 10 min. Its close to the airport, but not really walking distance. -I used Uber to get to the airport, it was only 16$ canadian around 13:00h, i think this is a low time for uber so prices are low. Hotel offers return shuttles at 8 euros each, but only at certain times, and not during the middle of the day (see times in picture).

The negatives (im very picky but honest): -They responded well when i asked about the shuttle info, but they didnt tell me what the bus looks like, i almost missed it because i didnt realize the huge bus with small label was for me. -There was a broken light over the bed stand, didnt turn on. and a large lamp in the corner wasn't plugged in. -the bus times are not very convenient, the middle of the day when check out is at 12h, has no shuttles. I used Uber instead so i could check out at 12h. plus pick up from airport is free, but delivery to airport cost 8 euro per person.

The air conditioning in the room was not cold enough. Tossed and turned all night, finally gave up and went to the airport at 5:15am. Five or more dinner menu chiices were un available, including vegetable side orders.

We were excited for this accomodation and sadly disappointed by the experience.

The breakfast was good and the kitchen staff was friendly.

Airport Shuttle ($8) as well as pool ($6) cost extra per person (and are not included as indicated on Bookings) The airport shuttle does not run from 10:30am-3:30pm and we had to pay for an Ueber to get there. The pool temperature was extremely cold, so that my water loving kids were not able to stay in it more than ~5min (after having paid extra for the pool). The Airport Shuttle driver was unpleasant and responded irritated when he was asked to help other passengers with their luggage. We paid for 3 persons and only one bed was made and towels provided. The staff entered the room to make extra beds and so the "check in" took about 1h before we could settle in our room after a long flight. One of the 3 beds was a pull couch with a thin, uncomfortable mattress.

Great! Spacious room, good breakfast buffet, shuttle service. Winner!

An airport shuttle picked us from the Frankfurt train station at the airport and took us to the Wyndham. We paid to have them deliver us to the airport but for the two of us it was $14 and we bought the shuttle tickets at the hotel desk. Provide service regularly. Saved a lot of money Vs staying at Hotel in airport. Staff speaks English, good buffet breakfast and close to a walking path that takes you around a small lake nearby. Also, our room was very spacious. The lake was definitely a bonus along with the shuttle!

Not much for dinner in the Wyndham but there's a good Indian restaurant 50 yards out the front door and there is also a grocery store a short walk away. The Wyndham provides a microwave in the snack area for guests to use.

Location was good for walking to market or restaurants. Quiet.

Room was supposed to be air conditioned. Air conditioning did not work. Very uncomfortable. Pool out of order. Shuttle service cost money to airport not free as advertised). Breakfast not worth the extra cost as it was bland and ordinary.

Poor record keeping by staff which caused a problem

Hold onto your invoice! The staff have very poor to non existent record keeping and rotate very frequently. They charge all guests for their rooms on arrival before they give you the key, yet on check out they told me there was no record of me ever paying for my room. I paid cash and kept my invoice which I showed to the receptionist to resolve the problem they caused.

Friendly staff, clean, lots of space, restaurant on site, great restaurants in walking distance, comfortable beds. It's great value for what you pay. Highly recommend, and if I'm in the area again, will stay there. Super friendly and helpful staff
