Stayed here the last night in Germany before heading home from Frankfurt the next day. Basic hotel, basic rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast was good.

Air conditioning did not work.

Perfect for a one night

The room was the same as in the picture. We stayed here only for a night between flights, and arrived in late evening. While checking in I asked where we can get boiled water and staff shared a pot, it was very nice. The shuttle service also very convinient to get to the airport, the tickets were bought during check in, and it took about 15 minutes to get to the airport.

Comfortable stay in simple hotel. Shuttle bus very convenient.

The hotel loaned me an electric kettle and a mug, so that I could make tea for myself in my room. The little restaurant was also very nice. Good food, and I had a nice glass of dry Riesling with my meal.

It would have been nice to have a smaller, hand towel in the bathroom. I had two large bath towels instead. Very minor issue.

This hotel is nothing to write home about. It serves its purpose being close to the airport.

The breakfast was pretty good. Our family liked having that included. The beds were ok and the rooms were clean. We could park in a parking lot which was a lot easier than parking in the parking garage.

Our sons were on a totally separate floor from our room, even though we asked them to be closer. Also, the rooms were very small. When we arrived, this hotel did not look like a hotel from the front and looked a little run down. It was ok inside.

Overall very pleasant and close to the airport.

Breakfast was good, but w little expensive, also I had paid for the breakfast upon arrival the night before, but was told in the morning that my name was not on the list to receive breakfast. I got it straightened out though.

My room was on the first floor, which was fine, but I had to search for it. When I got out of the elevator the sign pointed me to the right however, the fire doors (?) where closed and didn't have signage on them that I had to look for my room beyond them. So it took me a minute.

Good proximity to the airport. We liked that the shuttle was easy to get from this location. The staff at the desk were excellent and made our drinks from the bar and good coffee in the morning.

Beds were alright. Just not as comfy as other hotels we've stayed at in the past.

Everything is good for a budget hotel, except for the shuttle service to the airport.

Clean hotel. Reasonably close to the airport. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Restaurant and breakfast were all very decent. Room is a bit small but very clean.

The main issue is the shuttle to the airport. I have to pay 4 euros for the transportation. That is fine. But the shuttle only goes to Terminal 1. To go from Terminal 1 to Terminal 2, I had to wait for a long while, squeeze myself into a fully loaded bus for another 15 minutes. This was not a pleasant experience and not what I expected when I paid for the shuttle bus service.

Disappointing

The staff were very nice

We asked for a cot for our room. There wasn't one when we got there, which sometimes happens. However, they then gave us this broken wicker basket on wheel that had a mattress that was too small for inside it and no sheet. They gave us a towel to wrap around the mattress instead. This was all that was available apparently. Honestly, it was dangerous. The towel was not breathable should a baby roll onto their stomach and had he been able to sit up (which he is threatening to do any day now) he would fall out of it. The wicker was broken with sharp edges and gaps that his arms and legs got caught up in. I ended up staying up all night with our baby in arms rather than let him sleep in it.

Great value for airport hotel in Frankfurt

I needed an overnight stay between flights and this hotel was perfect for that. It was good value for money, especially as the evening and morning shuttle times suited my flights. Shuttle was free from airport and 4 euro to airport.

There wasn't a kettle or coffee making stuff in the room. With jet-lag, I was awake at 4am a day was desperate for a coffee.

Quiete and Calm! perfect for 1 night Stay

they Staff is friendly and help full! it is a quite and calm location so you’ll rest while waiting for your next flight if that’s the case. we didn’t manage to take the shuttle bus back to the airport however the front desk team help us a lot ! also at late night we needed some extra help they were also very nice and helpful!

most of the food on the menu was not available so we had to walk a lot to find food out of the hotel. we arrive 10 minutes before the kitchen closing time so they might have ran out of most of dishes
