I really enjoyed my stay at this cute hotel! It's housed in a historic building from the 1700s, in a nice quiet side street with some cute shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and had lovely windows that opened to views of wisteria, rooftops, and a neighbour's house 😂 but it was not close enough to be awkward.
They will clean the room daily (unless you hang the door sign), which is quite nice! The TV gets some great channels and the wifi was great for remote work. It's in a really central location, easy to get to the main sights in minutes and lots of restaurants nearby. I especially appreciated how thoughtful the luggage room was! It made it super easy to leave my luggage after checkout, it even has some water, snacks, a washroom and a place to sit and rest. I've actually never seen another place with such a thoughtful space for pre and post checkout, major kudos for providing such a great experience!

We stayed here with a family of 4. Check in with the hotel just up the block was easy and seamless and the staff very friendly and helpful. The room is great, very clean and 2 small bedrooms of the entry corridor, this allowed our family to spread out. Location is very central with a short walk over the river to the Old Town but also plenty of dinning options from the front door. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay

Great location and well-equipped apartment — recommended
A really good stay overall. The location was excellent, well placed for getting around Salzburg, and the apartment itself was well-equipped with everything we needed. The facilities and amenities were all as described, and the check-in process was smooth and straightforward.
The only maintenance point worth mentioning was a loose safety handle by the stairs — worth the owner tightening at some point. To their credit it was clearly signed, so we were aware of it and it wasn't an issue during our stay.
Overall a comfortable, convenient base and I'd happily recommend it.
