Nice building. Extremely nice staff.

They forgot to clean the room several times, there was only one glass, no coffe although the coffee machine was there, no warm water after 10:30pm till 6:00am, wrong date on the key (which had to be reste), expensive.

La ubicación, y sobretodo que era nuevo, los baños eran una pasada

Falta de personal y el Wifi que no funcionaba muy bien Y podría ser un gran hotel/albergo si estuvierais un poco mas atentos por lo demas ningun problema

Bene ma si può fare meglio

Mini appartamento accogliente e spazioso, ottima temperatura interna. La receptionist ci ha dato la possibilità di parcheggiare presso la struttura al prezzo di 20 euro.

Non è chiaro dove sia l’ingresso per la reception, non ci sono indicazioni all’esterno. Nell’appartamento il bagno è da rivedere, manca un sistema di areazione e dal momento che era stata accesa per il nostro arrivo la vasca idromassaggio si era creata tanta umidità da allagare il bagno in diverse parti, sia per terra che sul lavandino, è stato un discreto disagio. Inoltre manca il bidet.

Perfekte Lage, sehr schöne Location, geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Die Betreiber scheinen erst mit ihrer Betätigung angefangen zu haben. Zuerst fanden wir dieses "noch in den Kindetschuhen" charmant. Es zeigte sich allerdings als zu sehr "laissez faire" style an, keine Kundenorientierung, keine Gästebetreuung (ist in einem Backpacker Hostel lustig, in einem Boutique Hotel nicht mehr). Keine Südtirol Guestcard enthalten, Zimmer nicht gut aufgeräumt.... und v.a. trauriger Abschluss: zur check out Zeit niemand im ganzen Hotel vor Ort, auch telefonisch nicht erreichbar, schließlich über einen spätankommenden Mitarbeiter erreicht - und daraufhin nicht mal Verständnis, Entschuldigung oder Kulanz. In der Summe also zu unprofessionell und nicht charmant - v.a. zu diesem Preis

Alles in allem war es sehr schön. Wir haben uns gut erholt.

Es war alles neu eingerichtet und super schön.

Das Frühstück war nicht so nach unserem Geschmack man musste nach allem fragen es gab kein Buffet. Das fand ich nicht so schön.

Die gute Lage direkt an der Innenstadt. Das Zimmer war renoviert und sehr sauber.

Die Anfahrt mit dem Auto ist eher umständlich. Der Service war nicht besonders aufmerksam. Es wirkte alles eher improvisiert. Das Frühstücksangebot war insgesamt eher überschaubar.

Boutique Hotel: Personal glänzt mit Abwesenheit - nicht nur beim Check-in (das hätten wir anstandslos verziehen! kann passieren ) - aber auch beim Check-out (zum Glück war der Chef de Cuisine zugegen!) / kein direkter Telefonkontakt mit HoliDu (die liessen uns am Telefon ebenso stehen wie wir stundenlang in der Hitze vor dem Hotel auf Einlass warteten- eine Schande!) im Zimmer fehlten: Papierkorb / Ablage in der Dusche für Zahnbürste Seife etc ... / Zahngläser / Kaffeetassen (wenn schon eine Kaffeemaschine dasteht...) / Zimmerservice nur zweimal für 6 Übernachtungen - kein Nachschub der Kaffeekapseln ab dem 3. Tag / die Klimaanlage funktioniert nur auf mehrfache Bitte beim Besitzer, (der meist nicht da ist)
