The room was very clean and comfortable and the location is perfect for enjoying the historic center of Merano. There was a place to store our bikes as well. The coffee and tea table was a nice touch.

Beautiful city, very kind and helpful host.

Loft room with no AC, shared bathroom/washroom. It was one of the less expensive options in Merano, but still the most expensive on our 3 week trip across Europe.

Perfect location in the city centre. Spacious modern room with a little balcony. Both room and shared bathroom spotlessly clean. The lady was very helpful.

It didn't bother me but you might find it difficult to sleep there if you are sensitive to noise. The sound of the river outside is extremely loud.

Questo alloggio è in una posizione perfetta, vicino al centro, e ha un parcheggio a pagamento sotto casa. La struttura è carina, le camere spaziose e pulite. Siamo stati fortunati che non ci fossero molti ospiti, quindi il bagno in comune era sempre libero. Il gestore è molto disponibile e reattivo :) Self check-in apprezzato!

La camera era spaziosa, ma l' arredamento sarebbe da sistemare un pochino, per renderla più carina e accogliente. Il prezzo è abbastanza alto, considerando i servizi di base.

Super Lage am Fluss und zentral. Ästhetische Zimmer, ruhig, geräumig.

Kein Wasser für Teekocher ausser im WC, zuwenig Teebeutel und Kaffeekapseln. Keine Lappen zum Schmutz wegmachen beim Teekochen.

Gute Betten und eine ganz tolle Lage. Frühstückskaffee auf dem Balkon mit wunderbarer Sicht auf die Stadt war perfekt.

Am Abend brachten wir die Haupteingangstüre mit dem Code nicht auf, Stromprobleme, doch der Vermieter konnte uns sofort weiter helfen.

War ein Last-Minute Schnellschuss

Die zentrale Lage, direkt gegenüber der Promenade ist toll.

Für die Ausstattung reichlich überteuert. Stickiges Dachgeschoss ohne Klima und keine Fliegengitter damit beim Lüften keine Mücken hereinkommen. Die Sitzgruppe besteht nur aus harten Quadern, ohne jeglichen Komfort. Beim Duschen dreht einem der Bewegungsmelder das Licht ab.

Renditestarke Umwidmung einer unvermietbaren Wohnung

Direkt im Zentrum gelegen. Gute Kommunikation vor Anreise.

Perfektes Beispiel dafür, wie man aus einer schlecht vermietbaren Wohnfläche eine renditestarke Cash-Cow macht. Wir hatten 2 DZ im Dachgeschoss. Bei 37°C Außentemperatur war es in den Zimmern gefühlt mindestens genauso kuschelig. Im Flur vor den Zimmern gibt es eine Klimaanlage, die wohl verhindern soll, dass die Gäste wieder rückwärts hinauslaufen und am Abend zentral abgeschaltet wurde. Alle Türen lassen sich mit Nummerncodes öffnen...Nachts, wenn jemand zur Toilette muss sorgt dieses System und das laute Klacken dafür, dass wenigstens der Zimmernachbar mit wach wird. Die Zimmer, spartanisch gehalten, billigste Matratzen an den Tischleuchten fehlen die Lampenschirme, welche bei Ikea wohl extra zu bezahlen gewesen wären😂 Schön auch, wenn sich ein Gast samt Koffer für 1 Stunde im einzigen Badezimmer einschliesst....

Struttura in pieno centro Portici . Ristrutturata da poco, perfetta! Pulitissima. Anche il bagno, pur essendo in comune l'ho trovato perfetto, sempre pulito! Secondo me passano più volte al giorno per sistemare. Letto comodo, finestre che isolano perfettamente. Ci tornerò. L' host ci ha supportato tempestivamente, preciso, veloce, gentilissimo . Grazie mille .
