Location is great, in the middle of Tokyo, so navigation is easy and a breeze to explore all the different areas. Simple instructions to get into the property and having an entire home is very convenient with all the luggage and items we bought. A grocery store and pharmacy are a short 2-minute walk from the property, and also a 4-minute walk to the nearest station. The location is also close to a mosque, as one of our friends was Muslim and noted that it was nice to have one so close by, as well as many Halal restaurants in the area, if that is something you are looking for.

Location looks smaller in person than in the photos. Was able to accommodate three people, but would recommend it's the max (Three big Americans). Took a minute to find the property because Google Maps had us going in circles due to the property being in a residential zone.

1.離新大塚站很近，可以一線到新宿、銀座，但時間就是會比較久一點沒有山手線方便，但附近有24小時超市 2.大塚站稍微遠一點但10分鐘走的到，想搭JR的話就走到大塚站，大塚站的店也比較多，還可以銜接荒川線 3.住家內部比照片上看起來老舊，但是電燈、電器設備都還算新，除了冷氣比較舊以外，但設備都很齊全，冷氣冷暖皆有，每天洗衣服可以開著空調吹衣服 4.燈很多很亮，在老舊的屋內看起來會比較明亮舒適，有提供體重計方便測量行李重量，熨斗、洗衣精柔軟精都有，而且毛巾很多條 5.以兩個人住來說空間很大，有客廳可以展開所有行李箱真的很棒，全部打開亂放也不會造成通行阻礙 6.垃圾桶很大，每天都會買很多東西製造垃圾，非常夠丟 7.一樓有全身鏡很方便，浴室的鏡子前也有白燈可以開，化妝很方便 8.新大塚站附近的LIFE超市的水果種類與價錢都會比更近的24小時超市好和空間大，推薦大家 9.附近很安靜，晚上睡得很好 10.整體雖然老舊但很乾淨，浴室廁所也乾淨，衛生狀況良好，但杯碗餐盤等可能都是上一位訪客清潔後放回的，稍微會有點沒有洗乾淨的痕跡，要自行注意

1.早上去寄放行李時，明明有和客服提前通知，但卻沒有遇到交接的清潔人員，打開房間時房屋裡面都還是上一個房客的垃圾與痕跡，所以就直接放在玄關並告知客服 2.真的比照片看起來老舊和小，實際走進去地板會一直嘎吱嘎吱響，某些地方還有下陷，樓梯也很窄很陡，要非常小心，推薦行李直接放在一樓就好，樓上單純上去睡覺就好 3.臥室裡面沒有任何插座，唯一插座會在2樓的會客榻榻米區，離床很遠，只能先充好店再拿去床旁邊睡覺 4.吹風機風很小，長髮者建議要帶自己習慣的吹風機，不然就是忍受一下它吹很慢又很燙 5.大門是玻璃門，鎖只有簡單鑰匙上鎖，進門後往上扳門鎖後就關起來了，稍微會心裡有點不安全感，建議還是要有旅伴一起壯膽 6.浴室的洗臉台沒有熱水，所以冬天要到玄關旁的廚房區才有熱水可以洗臉，但這是小事 7.二樓的空調在會客間，臥房想吹到的話就得開著臥室門，但整個建築物的四周都是玻璃窗，也僅僅用大小剛好的窗簾遮擋而已，怕光線睡不著的人需要自己準備眼罩 8.雖然附近算安靜，但因為四周都是玻璃窗，隔音很差，建議早上還是要戴耳塞睡覺，不然可能會有居民說話、烏鴉的聲音 9.廁所很乾淨但超超超超超小，日本的廁所幾乎都跟浴室分開，浴室大小剛好，但是廁所是真的很窄小 10.以地理位置來說，去池袋很方便，但去其他地方的時間就會比較久一點

Excellent location with great access to main public transport lines. There's a variety of convenient stores nearby which is helpful. The property was clean and well presented with appropriate amenities. The two bedrooms are separated and can be accessed separately which I appreciate. Both rooms were comfortable and well received.

The stairs are quite sharp and steep, be mindful of this as bringing suitcases up and down is quite difficult. Additionally, the door at the top of the stairs is quite low - my whole group knocked their head on it, myself included and I am 5'8.
