23区内で寝室２部屋、３駅選べる場所に立地していたので用途に合わせて駅を選べてとても便利と感じた。お風呂場とお手洗いが別でとても良かった！建物出て目の前に飲料自販機、５０ｍ歩けばスーパー、薬局、クリーニング店があったのでイザという時にも便利だった！ 寝室が地下だったので、外出から帰宅して暑いと地下へ行き、すぐに涼めたのも良かった♪
豊島区の条例で仕方ないが、建物とは別の場所へ鍵を受け取る手続きをしないといけないのが荷物が多かったので面倒に感じた。（代表者だけがいけば良かったのでそれは良かった） 部屋が少しだけ埃っぽく感じた。１階なので埃が入りやすいのかもしれないが。。。

Location, quiet neighbourhood close to shops, and a local park. Short distance (18 mins) to metro and then17 mins to centre of Tokyo.

電気ポットや電子レンジが置かれていたこと。
押し入れにあった布団がもっとふわふわであって欲しかった。布団で寝た人は固い、寝心地で悪くて寝違えたと言っていた。
