Everything is so new, modern and squeeky clean! Love it that it is an apartment hotel which means it has washing machine, proper fridge, induction cooker, pots, plates, cutlery, etc. A fully functioning home. The location is also in a residential area so it is quiet.
The towels were brand new, so it left a lot of fluff/fabric on skin when used.

Very convenient, near the shopping area, close by supermarkets and restaurants. 8 mins walk to Seibu/metro/train and approx 12mins to Sunshine City area. We stayed in the one bed/sofa studio reasonable space, was able to open up one suitcase. Value for money, good price for what you get. Host was very responsive and kind.
In a very quiet cul de sac can feel a bit insecure late at night. Right near the train track so can hear the trains go past but only lightly and bearable. Would be nice to have more hangers for drying clothes after laundry and iron would be a bonus. Compared to hotel cannot shore luggage if u arrive early and also 10am too early check out.

De locatie.
Dat ons appartement niet klaar was toen wij om 17:00 uur arriveerde. Ook is het toilet veels te klein. De herrie van de trein s morgens vroeg. Als je internationale bezoekers ontvangt is het essentieel dat je de info in t Engels hebt. Hoe de wasmachine werkt en de airco, en waar je je afval kunt dumpen.
