Netheid, locatie, alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt.
Misschien net iets te krap voor 5 personen met bagages. Wij hadden vrij weinig bij ons waardoor het wel net lukt.

The location
The lack of some kind of closet or storage. I stayed for two weeks and the garbage policy should be more flexible, specifically in summer as it is hot and humid. Also the cutlery is limited, at least a teaspoon should be provided.

親子３人で３泊４日利用しました。
建物は古く階段がキツイですが、部屋の中は綺麗に整ってました。
池袋駅まで徒歩１０分くらい掛かりますが、繁華街からも離れているので静かに過ごせます。
雑司ヶ谷駅は５分くらいでした。
滞在中はタオルの洗濯が必要です。洗濯洗剤はありますが柔軟剤はありません。
備え付けのコップや食器もありますが、箸やスプーン、フォークは２人分しかありません。
ビジネスホテルなどに比べお値段が断然リーズナブルです。
テレビがなく、子供がゲームを繋ぐ事ができなかった。
洗濯機の排水口？が少し臭いました。
隣の話し声が聞こえます。（てことはこちらのも聞こえてるかもです）

Sa propreté.
Nous devions avoir l’unité 3, nous avons eu l’unité 2 sous prétexte de maintenance. Selon eux , un surclassement sans frais. C’est faux, nous n’avons pas eu de balcon ni de petite section cuisine.
