The location is really good.

The guide mentioned a check in on a tablet but it turned out it wasn’t necessary anymore. It would have been nice if the guide was updated.

I had a very good and comfortable stay. This was my second time visiting Japan and staying in Otsuka. I chose Otsuka again because it is a Muslim-friendly area, very close to Otsuka Mosque, and near the Yamanote Line, making it easy to travel to many tourist attractions in Tokyo. The unit also has a lift, which was very important for me as I was travelling with heavy luggage. Overall, the location and facilities made my stay convenient, and I would definitely consider staying in Otsuka again.

There is no TV in the unit, so you may want to bring your own entertainment. It would also be nice if an iron was provided. There was also an issue with the towels. The owner said that towels had been provided, but there were no towels in the unit. The delivery also took quite a long time, so I had to buy towels myself. Thankfully, the owner refunded me for the towels. I hope these small mistakes can be avoided in the future so other guests will have a better experience.

Ottima struttura in una posizione davvero strategica. L’appartamento si trova nel tranquillo e piacevole quartiere di Otsuka, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione della Yamanote Line, che permette di raggiungere comodamente tutte le principali zone di Tokyo. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche il quartiere, ricco di ristoranti e locali tipici dove abbiamo mangiato benissimo, ma senza il caos delle zone più turistiche. Abbiamo soggiornato in tre persone e gli spazi sono risultati un po’ limitati per le nostre esigenze. Per due persone, invece, l’appartamento è perfetto e offre un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Se dovessimo tornare a Tokyo, lo prenderemmo sicuramente di nuovo.

住宿地點不錯，離大塚站很近，附近很多餐廳可選擇。超市到深夜11點，對旅行後返回購物很方便。還有富有特色的荒川線復古平面電車。從大塚站出發在東京旅遊也很方便。附近有24小時洗衣店，對長時間入住者，洗完衣服拿去乾衣很方便。安靜不吵鬧。

1.入住時房間清潔度不佳，房間內的吸塵器吸力不足，常常斷電無法使用，只剩拖把可以用，非常不方便。 2.電力不足：同時開吹風機、微波爐、跟浴室乾燥，就發生跳電情形，雖然幾秒內就恢復電力，還是受到小小驚嚇。 3.毛巾味道很臭，也不夠乾淨。 4.四個人入住，只有三個杯子。 5.瓦斯爐沒電池沒電，無法使用。
