Wellsquareism Otsuka

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was very spacious, especially by Japanese standards, and offered excellent value for money. The location was great, only about a 10-minute walk from the Yamanote Line, making it easy to get around Tokyo. Communication with the host was also excellent – always friendly, helpful and quick to respond. Overall, an amazing place for the price!

This is a small apartment that’s best suited for 2 people, although it can accommodate up to 3. While the host allows up to 4 guests, it does feel quite cramped. There is only one queen-size bed and one sofa bed, so I think it’s most comfortable for 2 people, or 3 at most. The apartment is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. It’s also in a convenient location, just a 5–10 minute walk to the nearest JR station. There are convenience stores and a self-service laundry nearby. Overall, it’s a great choice for couples or two travelers looking for a peaceful and convenient place to stay.

The entrance door was very difficult to open. We arrived a bit late, and since check-in was completely self-service with instructions via text only, there was no one to help or call. We ended up being locked outside for almost an hour before we could get in, which was quite stressful. The apartment was fine overall, but the pillows could definitely be replaced as they were old and very thin.

It was good location but double bed was stick to one wall so one person was difficult to bed in and out otherwise it was alright!
