The space for 3 people was very small. A double bed and a sofa bed.

除了我在“不喜歡區留的“入住問題/說明書問題、洗衣機問題外，其餘體驗皆滿意！
入住說明的PDF檔順序有點跳，且關鍵的密碼是錯的 導致我到現場後一直試錯，同時還要發訊息給住宿方並只能在原地等待住宿方的回應。拿著行李在大廳來回訊息等待約四十分（並且訊息回覆不是即時的） 第一晚半夜門口傳來連續撞擊巨響，持續許久不間斷，前去查看後發現是洗衣機歪掉，高速運轉的同時一邊撞擊牆面。兩人費了好大的勁才把洗衣機復位。在此聲明，我們並沒有移動過洗衣機（畢竟也移不動），且洗衣量絕對是正常（70%滿），上述洗衣機突發的半夜連續巨響影響到休息心情，也認為肯定有吵到附近住戶... 除了“不喜歡區留的“入住問題/說明書問題、洗衣機問題外，其餘體驗皆滿意

Location, lift availability, plenty cafe and restaurants around, good hot water supply stability, drying facility, good bed linen.
Poor support in case of issues, dirty AC, sofa requires some cleaning, no ironing facilities, no hair dryer.
