清潔感があり、利便性がよかった スタッフのDMも頻度はかなり多かったが気にかけてくださり安心して利用することができた

ハンドソープなど必要最低限のものは置いて欲しかった

Getting into the apartment was a little challenging. The keys were stored in a digital lockbox, but the keypad did not work properly and repeatedly displayed an error message before temporarily locking us out. We had to wait for it to reset and were able to access the apartment about 10 minutes after arriving. Unfortunately, the same issue continued to occur throughout our stay.

The towel provision could be improved. For a five-night stay, we were provided with one face washer and one very small towel each. When we asked whether additional towels were available, we were told that the limited supply was part of the property’s environmentally friendly approach. We completely understand the intention, however, the listing stated that towels were provided, so we did not bring our own. We stayed in July, when the weather was around 36°C and very humid each day, which meant we often needed to shower twice daily. As a result, we had to wash the towels in the washing machine every day and use the dryer, which seemed to work against the environmental objective. Providing at least one additional (and bigger) towel per guest, or making extra towels available on request, would make the stay much more comfortable. Also, the duvet was stained, so we chose not to use it.
