The apartment was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was great—just a 10-minute walk from the metro station. Communication with the host via WhatsApp was easy and efficient.

Everything was great overall, but it would have been even more convenient if the children's beds had been prepared in advance, especially after arriving late from a long journey. Additionally, the WiFi password in the manual did not work initially, so we only had internet access the next day after receiving the correct details from the host. Other than that, everything was very well arranged.

The host responded to our requests very quick. The room is clean and with a separate bedroom which is good for family stay. There are lots of restaurants options nearby and a super market about 10 minutes walk away. The price is fair for a property with separate bedroom.

The sitting area is a bit small and the property is far from Shinjuku Station than I expect, about 30 minutes walk or 15 minutes by taxi. There is a direct bus to Shinjuku station though which helps to solve the problem.

It was spacious and comfortable. With all the amenities we needed.

The door was difficult to open but when we rang the manager, they helped us straight away
