・立地は完璧。早稲田駅にも近いし、コンビニ、飲食店、スーパー全てが近い
・洗濯用洗剤が宿泊数分用意されていた
・浴室乾燥機があり、洗濯に困らない
清掃に少し難あり。個人的には許せるレベルなのだが、清掃料を別途に請求される割には、清掃の詰めが甘いと感じた
・前泊者の忘れ物が残っていた
・テレビの説明書がなぜか洗濯機の横に落ちていた
・食器が汚い

東西線早稲田駅や早稲田キャンパスにすごく近い。周りに手軽な飲食店がいっぱいある。部屋が清潔でおしゃれにしてある。キーボックスを開ける手順の説明書は分かりやすかった。エアコンがよく効いた。Wi-Fiが高速。そんなに広くはないが、居心地は良い。
ゴミ捨て場がエントランスの内側にあって、もえるゴミの日は若干生ゴミのにおいがした（部屋の中まではしません）。テレビがチューナーレス？だったので、地上波が見られなかった。テレビのリモコンがたまに接触不良になる（これはなんとかしてほしい）。ベッドのマットレスがなんか硬かった。
