Comfortable beds, separate bathroom and toilet. It has a washing machine and there was a coin laundry just on the opposite side of the road. Convenient location. Not too close to the Shinjuku city centre and located in a quiet neighbourhood. Located near the Waseda Sakura tram station. Waseda metro station is about 10 mins walk.
The place is a bit small especially if you have bigger luggage. There were not enough cutlery, plates and mugs for two people.

Appartement fonctionnel
Il y avait des travaux juste à côté et l’appartement était mal insonorisé, du coup nous étions réveillés tous les matins.

L’emplacement est bon
L’appartement est petit, il n’y a pas d’aspirateur ni de produits pour se laver fournis et la literie n’est pas très agréable
