The location is good. Very near to all the amenities one would need be it metro station , York foods , lawson everything is at 2 mins
The space is very tiny. Though it’s Tokyo so maybe becoz of that

convenient Location Waseda. Unit 101 is perfect. Owner is kind and helpful. Thank you
Toilet is quite small , toilet bowl in slanting position, not so used to it😅 Mattress not so firm. Sink down position when sit on it .
