Queda en una zona lejos de todo el comercio y turistas lo cual es fabuloso porque puedes apreciar la cultura, los niños yendo al colegio, las familias…
Tiene letreros por todo el apartamento donde dice prácticamente que no puedes ni hablar ni comer porque pueden llamar a la policía los vecinos por el ruido que esto produce.
El aseo no estaba tan bueno.
Se deben subir escaleras bien empinadas y esto con maletas es peligroso.
No tenía papelera en los baños para lo que no se puede tirar al inodoro.

100m內就有便利商站，走遠一點點還有lawson，是很寧靜的住宅區。距離神樂坂不遠，適合來享受日本的生活。
洗脫烘，要清潔衣服很方便。
住宿地點在下雨天要稍微找一下。
如果有力氣不夠大的女生獨自帶大行李的話要三思。因為走上三樓的樓梯有點窄，不是很好搬行李。
不知道是不是天氣太冷又溼，有一間房間在第三個晚上暖氣失效了 (但棉被夠，所以還可以)

廁所乾淨 衛浴設備熱度夠高 電視是新型的可以使用yt 或連結手機
房間真的偏小 在房間走動腳會卡到床 走廊走動只能一人通過 要住八個人的話 第八個人只能睡沙發或是儲藏室 住宿在三樓 要爬樓梯 搬運行李不太方便 晚上的時候一樓的樓梯看到至少兩隻蟑螂
