Good apartment 15 min walk from center of town

It was large, comfortable apartment with good view. Pretty well equipped. Could use some more basic kitchen supplies, like salt, pepper, etc

On our stay the shower in the larger bathroom was blocked and communication with manager was very challenging.

Appartamento pulito, spazioso e molto accogliente. Gestione da parte di Giuseppe top, per cordialità e professionalità.

Migliorerei il video di spiegazione della struttura, perchè non si ben capisce il piano, la wifi e come aprire la porta in caso di essere impossibilitati ad usare l'app NUKI.

Un beau lieu qui pourrait être mieux géré

Les lits sont très confortables et les douches également, le chauffage fonctionne bien. La vue est belle et trouver un fer à repasser à été une belle surprise. L'emplacement est correct mais pour arriver dans le centre il faut quand même marcher à côté des voitures.

Une communication avec "l'hôte" peu sympathique : c'est une grosse organisation qui traite les clients comme des numéros et si vous demandez quelques renseignements, arrive très vite l'impression de les déranger et ils ne répondent pas toujour. Après la réservations ils vous contraignent à télécharger les photos des cartes d'identitée, remplir des informations personelles de TOUS les locataires et payer la taxe de séjour sur un site exterieur à booking, sous menace d'empêcher l'accès à l'appartement (déjà payé !). C'est très peu rassurant et c'est une vrai perte de temps. Ils ont voulu me faire instaler une application pour utiliser des clefs dématerialisées : pas de crédit ou une saute de réseau et vous resterez dehors... Une organisations très fastidieuse, longues, qui n'est passignalée dans l'annonce et qu'ils rendent obligatoire ! J'aurai aimer le savoir avant de réserver. En outre vue le prix, les surfaces des chaises et des tables aurait pû être nettoyé.

schöne große Wohnung, toller Blick, gute Küche

Der App-gesteuerte Türmechanismus funktionierte nicht richtig. Wir kamen erst Mal nicht in die Wohnung, der Gastgeber konnte weder Englisch noch Deutsch, die Kommunikation lief nur über WhatsApp. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass unsere Ansprechperson die Wohnung nicht kennt; z.B. sie konnte uns nicht sagen, welche Türe im Treppenhaus die richtige ist. Am letzten Tag ging weder Heizung noch warmes Wasser.

Koude douche, letterlijk èn figuurlijk. Tè duur voor discomfort.

Ruime woonkamer, slaapkamers en badkamers. Locatie t.o.v. centrum, te voet prima te doen.

Deuren alleen met een app te openen, toen dit niet werkte kregen we slecht tot geen contact met de host. Sprak enkel Italiaans. Na 2 dgn werkte de deurapp weer niet, host zegde nwe code toe. Kwam niet. Pin in deur ging kapot waardoor deur niet meer dichtging. Lukte de host niet om te fixen, zelf uiteindelijk tape overheen geplakt. Gasboiler gaf problemen waardoor koude douche, meerdere keren moeten resetten. Sleutels om vuilnis af te voeren waren onvindbaar, daardoor alle vuilnis in app achtergelaten, niet onze aard, maar we hadden geen keus.

Abbastanza bene

L’appartamento è a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, molto comodo. Sono presenti tutti i comfort per una vacanza in famiglia.

Il check in online è un po’ lungo. Nel ferro da stiro era presente dell’acqua stagnante e molto calcare per cui non siamo riusciti a stirare le nostre cose.

I dettagli fanno la differenza.

L'appartamento è grazioso e accogliente. Dista poco più di un chilometro in macchina dal centro di Perugia. Il parcheggio sul retro della casa è comodo e per raggiungere più rapidamente il portone d'ingresso c'è una scaletta laterale.

La scaletta che porta dal parcheggio al portone non è illuminata, per cui non utilizzabile la sera, quindi con il buio conviene passare per la strada che è illuminata. La casa era nel complesso pulita, ma ho notato poca attenzione ai dettagli. Il contenitore dell'acqua della macchinetta del caffè presentava incrostazioni di calcare. In un cassetto ho trovato peli. L'aspiratore del bagno senza finestra era pieno di polvere. I copriletto non erano smacchiati perfettamente, si vedevano aloni, i cuscini troppo bassi e i materassi molto duri.

Appartamento spazioso e pulito, ben insonorizzaro con l'esterno. Aria condizionata ben funzionante. Comodo come posizione.

I cuscini dei letti sono veramente troppo molli e quindi molto scomodi. Aggiungerei qualcosa come dotazione base della cucina.
