It was very modern, clean and spacious, in a great location but also quiet . The beds were so comfortable I didn’t want to get out! Communication from the owners was fab and it was really way to enter the accommodation.
There could be more kitchen utensils. I was helping my daughter in law with a buffet and there wasn’t nearly enough equipment. I don’t really want to take a kitchen load of stuff when I go away.

Great location, easy to access the property but felt safe.
The mattress nearest the bathroom needs replacing (Flat 4). I could feel & hear every spring, with little covering them. Parking outside the property was also difficult, as the area is so busy. On our second night, we had to leave our car on the main promenade and walk back past a very noisy / busy pub. It wasn't far, but wasn't ideal.

Thoughtful touches like providing a teatowel and washing up liquid. Lovely fresh bed linen and towels. Very good location close to sefront and retail park, walking distance of town centre. Hosts were helpful. A bath and a good sized shower - luxury indeed! Good Wifi.
Central heating thermostat played up and there was little heat in the back bedroom. No facilities for recycling.
